These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by Firesticks Canada ("we," "us," or "our"), including consultations for setting up streaming devices to stream movies and series, and our offerings of streaming packages. By engaging our services, making a purchase, or contacting us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Services
- We provide consultation services to assist with configuring Firestick devices for streaming purposes.

We offer streaming subscription packages sourced from third-party providers. We act only as a consultant and reseller—we do not operate, control, host, or manage the IPTV services, streaming applications, servers, or content.

Streaming Services – No Guarantee of Availability Since we do not operate the streaming services, streaming applications (including any apps or addons installed during consultations), or the underlying servers/content providers, we cannot guarantee that they will be available at all times. Services may experience interruptions, downtime, buffering, freezing, channel/content changes, removals, or complete unavailability due to third-party actions, maintenance, legal issues, technical problems, or other factors beyond our control.
Additionally, the number of channels, movies, and/or series stated on our website, promotional materials, or during consultations may differ from what you actually receive upon subscription or over time. These figures are estimates based on information provided by the third-party provider and are subject to change at any time due to updates, removals, additions, or other modifications made by that provider. We are not responsible for any such discrepancies, variations, or reductions in content quantity or quality.
We are not responsible for any such issues, nor do we guarantee content quality, legality, accuracy, reliability, or ongoing availability. Any use of third-party services is at your own risk.
3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of our consultations, setups, streaming packages, or any streaming complies with all applicable laws, including copyright and intellectual property laws.
- You warrant that you will not use our services for illegal activities.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials or access details we provide.
- You agree not to misuse our services or interfere with others' use.
4. Payments and Fees

Fees for consultations and streaming packages are as stated at the time of purchase.
- Payments are processed through third-party providers; we do not store full payment details.
- All sales are final unless otherwise stated. No refunds for third-party service interruptions or content changes.
5. Disclaimers and No Warranties Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We disclaim any liability for third-party content, applications, or services. We do not endorse or verify the legality of any streaming content accessed via setups we assist with.
6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination We may terminate or suspend services at any time for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms.
8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
9. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
